Welcome to RESILIENT PEOPLE. My name is Janet Fanaki.
As a podcast host, public speaker and consultant I wanted to inspire others to use their life challenges to find purpose and help themselves to move forward.
Back in 2016, my 47 year old husband Adam was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. In a flash I was thrown into the role of full-time caregiver while supporting my children as well as being command central for our family and friends throughout his disease.

The power of music in building resilienceBruce Springsteen once said, "The best music is essentially there to provide you something to face the world with". I can personally say that my music has been helping me face the world over and over again.
This episode of RESILIENT PEOPLE covers the important place that music has had in my life. The sketch of me along with my quote is by the extremely talented artist, Tomo Lennon. |
