What a 4x griever knows about building resilience
From the many conversations I have had on the RESILIENT PEOPLE podcast, advocating for the brain tumour community, being a three time care partner and now a grieving mother has taught me many valuable life lessons. The biggest is that we need to build resilience to withstand the big challenges that are thrown at us.
My podcast conversations as well as with people in my social circle have informed me on the common traits that are shared between folks who display a strong mindset. I love talking and learning from them as well as sharing their takeaways with you.

Thank you for coordinating the Armchair Chat with Janet Fanaki. When you first shared this upcoming event, it motivated me to listen to her podcasts. Since then, I have binged-listened to the entire series during daily walks. It was a win-win, as it was both inspiring and a great source of physical exercise.
